Last session with the designers

During the third and last workshop with the designers, myself and Gideon worked on the Business the encompass the toothpaste. Looking at the Hybrid Model as the Business Model that best fit our project we started working on the Customer’s Actions following the service blueprint given to us. Keeping into consideration our target’s characteristics (high involved users, how are looking for premium products that are aware of what they are buying) we looked for places where our target would focus on. At the end we came up with three main strategic channels: dentist’s studios, personal care shops and beauty saloons.

In these channels the product will be displayed and advertised (trial also) but the real purchase will be on an online platform where the user can personalise his own paste with different colour and ingredients. The purpose of this personalised service it to create a sense of attachment and trust over the final user.
